2020 Cadillac XT4 52,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Rodney came by first appointment at my house to diagnosis coolant leak. Very professional and desrcibed what was wrong with car and asked any questions i had. Problem was cracked radiator he came up with an estimate within mintues and got a appointment booked for me the very next day. Due to the hours i was at work. no problem he came to my work and fixed it there i will be booking my next appointment with rodney when need be.

I thought my caddy was gonna be a big expensive problem for me. And then came DUANE. Not only was it a small problem but it was also not expensive. DUANE took care of the problem in his usual professional way. Words can't explain how happy i am.

Well he showed up on time, but when he got here he backed his vehicle up in the driveway opened the rear door started pulling out his tools and setting things up and never spoke a word to me. Didn’t say hello or introduce himself. So I said hello to him he responded and kept going kinda rude. He was done in no time came over said “Ok” you’re done gave me a estimate on something else got in his truck and left. 路‍♂️
