Chris arrives on time. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely concerned with doing the very best job possible. While changing the oil and replacing the air filter he alerted me to the fact that I was in desperate need of a tire rotation. I was impressed that he was concerned with the longevity of my investment and especially my personal safety. Chris is my choice for future repairs or maintenance for my automobile. Lived up to the great reviews we read on him so far. Had all brakes changed, we thought we might need to replace rotors but David shared we are good and didn't need to have them replaced this time around. This showed us that he is not trying to make you believe you need repairs that you don't. He showed up a few minutes early and although it was wet and rainy outside had no problem doing his job. We are highly impressed (wished we knew of this prior to getting the brakes changed on our other car at the dealership). We will find out how great the brakes are when we go out later but I have no reason to believe he didn't do an excellent job.

David was very thorough and responsive during an out-of-state pre-purchase inspection, taking the time to call and brief me on the results immediately following the inspection and answering any questions I had.
