2020 Buick Regal TourX 52,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Andy called while enroute to confirm the appointment and let me know his expected arrival time which was the scheduled appt time. Upon arrival he introduced himself, explained the process and showed me the parts. He was friendly, easy going and didn't mind when I asked questions or observed. Once complete with the install, he took a test drive and confirmed the problem was resolved. Overall a great experience! So nice to have someone come to me instead of hassling w dropping the car for a day at the shop.... also this was much less than two local shops quoted me! Win-Win!! Thanks Andy & YourMechanic!

John took his time and was very neat. He treated my car as if it was his. He checked for other issues with my car while it was elevated and made some good recommendations. Unfortunately one of the recommendations he gave me could only be done by the Buick dealership because they were the only ones that has the necessary parts required to perform the transmission flush and we know how dealerships overcharge for their services. The invoice was reasonable and a bit less than other automobile service departments.
