My first time using this service and you're not sure how yur experience will be. Let me tell you Dan was great. Very friendly and actually was early for the appointment! He changed my rear brakes and explained everything. After finishing the job and test driving my car, he even diagnosed another issue I had been having, which had been previously detected at another shop. I'll definitely be calling on him again!

Jesse is a great resource for when these issues come up. I appreciated having a knowledgable person to ask about a multitude of things. He had a lot of experise to dispense which was timely and helpful. Great guy.

My first experience with an appt (for brake replacement) was beyond easy and more affordable than several of the shops in my area. Very happy that I tried this and will definitely book with Mike in the future. He was on schedule, polite, friendly and completed the work within the estimated time. There was no upselling, side selling or criticizing that I have a BMW (like I've received at shops lol) I'm also impressed with the organization of my car info afterwards in my account to review for future appts.
