Very thorough and professional!
The first mechanic, Cesar, cancelled 30 min before the appointment. Called the service center - Theodore swooped in and saved the day.
He showed up on time and found several issues. I will not be purchasing the vehicle.
This is my first experience with Your Mechanic and (other than that Cesar guy) I am very impressed.
