Very positive experience. Was on time, diagnosed the problem with car right away...very knowledgeable and experienced Fixed the issue, foll up on other info I had told him(ie: because of issue with car, had no heat...he made sure heat was functioning before he left)...very polite and thorough...neat and cleaned up after he was finished fixing car
