Sidney did a speedy and proficient job at replacing an expired starter. He had all the requisite equipment and worked admirably during a 95 degree afternoon. He completed the repair in under an hour. He was running behind from the prior appointment and gave me a 30 minute heads up; since I was working from home today, it was no biggie for me. Since this was my first time using YourMechanic.com, I watched him do a Power Steering flush on my baby (2010 Ford F150 FX4 SuperCrew) - I'm happy with no more awful sounds on start-up. He was very professional yet personable (and that's important to me). I know I've let some items slack, so I had him check out my belts for me. I highly recommend him! Knowing what auto repair shop to trust as honestly and effectively repairing a problem with "perfection" , meaning not only fixing the problem but also being clean, polite, explaining things, exhibiting professionalism, knowing exactly what to do and how to do it correctly (as new) the very first time... And it didn't hurt any that the results of his inspection will be the least expensive fix of the options available.
