I found Sidney to be a friendly, knowledgeable, professional mechanic and I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends. He showed up and did the job with no prima donna carry on like you get in most shops nowadays and explained what he had done and what would need to be done on the next visit. Sidney (likes to go by Justin) came out today and did a fantastic job fixing my car. He was polite, friendly and replaced my spark plugs quickly. Sidney did a speedy and proficient job at replacing an expired starter. He had all the requisite equipment and worked admirably during a 95 degree afternoon. He completed the repair in under an hour. Sidney but prefers to be called Justin was really great! He was running behind from the prior appointment and gave me a 30 minute heads up; since I was working from home today, it was no biggie for me. Since this was my first time using YourMechanic.com, I watched him do a Power Steering flush on my baby (2010 Ford F150 FX4 SuperCrew) - I'm happy with no more awful sounds on start-up. He was very professional yet personable (and that's important to me). I know I've let some items slack, so I had him check out my belts for me. I highly recommend him! The winner for me when hiring Justin was that he is a Sr Master Ford Certified Mechanic. I plan to use YourMechanic in the future, and I hope you'll consider giving them a try.
