He triple checked his work as he did the front and rear brake job. He was polite and courteous. He ensures that you are satisfied with his work.

Sidney (likes to go by Justin) came out today and did a fantastic job fixing my car. He was polite, friendly and replaced my spark plugs quickly. He was running behind from the prior appointment and gave me a 30 minute heads up; since I was working from home today, it was no biggie for me. Since this was my first time using YourMechanic.com, I watched him do a Power Steering flush on my baby (2010 Ford F150 FX4 SuperCrew) - I'm happy with no more awful sounds on start-up. He was very professional yet personable (and that's important to me). I know I've let some items slack, so I had him check out my belts for me. I highly recommend him! The winner for me when hiring Justin was that he is a Sr Master Ford Certified Mechanic. I plan to use YourMechanic in the future, and I hope you'll consider giving them a try.
