He was running behind from the prior appointment and gave me a 30 minute heads up; since I was working from home today, it was no biggie for me. Since this was my first time using YourMechanic.com, I watched him do a Power Steering flush on my baby (2010 Ford F150 FX4 SuperCrew) - I'm happy with no more awful sounds on start-up.
