He was running behind from the prior appointment and gave me a 30 minute heads up; since I was working from home today, it was no biggie for me. Since this was my first time using YourMechanic.com, I watched him do a Power Steering flush on my baby (2010 Ford F150 FX4 SuperCrew) - I'm happy with no more awful sounds on start-up. He was very professional yet personable (and that's important to me). I know I've let some items slack, so I had him check out my belts for me. I highly recommend him! Sidney was professional, knowledgeable, fast and personable. Definitely recommend him and his services to any other Ford owner. And it didn't hurt any that the results of his inspection will be the least expensive fix of the options available. Just wish his schedule wasn't booked out so far that I couldn't use him to perform the fixes needed.
