I was nervous when I came across the Your Mechanic site because it seemed to good to be true. A mechanic comes to you, /'d fixes your problem while you're at home? No long wait times at a shop? Well it's reality, and Steve was great. He got my problem fixed quickly and didn't try to upsell me on anything. 10/10 experience

Steve did a great job. He was communicative, showed up on time, did exactly what was expected, with no up-sell attempts, and no mess. He even hauled off the old parts even though I supplied my own parts for the job. As someone who normally does his own work, I was a bit leery about using yourmechanic.com (after seeing some of the negative yelp reviews), but Steve is definitely one of the good ones - I can't speak for the rest.

Steve was great! He showed up on time and quickly had the ignition coil replaced.

I was a little nervous about using YourMechanic for the first time since I've only ever taken my car to a dealership or a mechanic friend of mine. However, the convenience and price pushed me to take a chance, and I'm extremely glad I did! Steve was very professional, on-time, and did an excellent job. My alternator replacement took all of about one hour which is faster than any dealership I've ever been to. Also, I looked up the parts ahead of time (just to make sure I was getting a reputable brand) and was very happy to find that they were the same one the Honda dealer was going to use. I will definitely be using YourMechanic (and Steve in particular) in the future!
