From there I evolved a master tech level of repair, performance, & diagnoses. He did a great job. There was initially some confusion about what exactly needed to be done but once everyone was on the same page he adjusted the cost of the visit and it ended up being less than we'd previously budgeted. He ended up needing to push back my appointment because something came up. He did his very best to inform me ahead of time(tried to get in touch with me the evening before but I didn't answer) and keep me in the loop so I would know when to expect him.
