Chris replaced my O2 sensors on my 2005 Ford Taurus daily commuter car. I’m from Northern Illinois and grew up with Midwest values. I was skeptical with this new service at first. I have a very good judgement of character and I would definitely have Chris work on my other cars in my household. He is a safe, solid, clean cut and a friendly guy with a good personality. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to really listen about my concerns and explained things very well. I have my own local Ford ASE mechanic that I also use and I would say Chris is just as good. I definitely would give him a try. And I'm very critical who works on my cars.

After booking my diagnostic appt, Chris called me within minutes to get an idea of what was happening with my car so he knew what tools to bring for my inspection. He arrived early and was very polite and sociable. He got to work on inspecting my car. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained and showed me the parts of the engine that were causing my concern. Chris was not only on time he let me know he was on his way. He methodically checked over my air conditioning problem and determined what was wrong and after I gave him the go ahead he fixed it! Now I have ice cold air conditioning in my car again and he did it at a reasonable price! I will plan on using Chris again.
