Dave puts it down, 9000% legit. I've had him out for 2 inspections, one for a car I was thinking of buying, and another for a car I am selling. Dave was very professional, patient, and gave excellent advice! I feel a lot safer and smarter about my next car purchase. Any time I am able, I will always book Dave.

The Volvo Dealer quoted me $2250 to replace the clutch on my 2000 Volvo C70 (based on an hourly labor cost of $165 per hour!). Even after spending $160 to tow my car from the Volvo dealer to a location where YourMechanic could work on the car, I saved about $600! -The service was fast and professional. -The mechanic (Grzegorz) was friendly, knowledgeable, and even showed me the specific damaged parts that were replaced and explained the problem. - The mechanic (Grzegorz) worked part of the weekend so I could pick up my car on Sunday when it was more convenient. - I can't imagine why I would ever pay a massive premium at the Volvo dealer ever again - I've wasted so much money at that place over the 13 years I owned my car! - Initially I was a little cautious about using this service I found searching online, but I'm so glad that I took the chance and gave it a try. - I will definitely use again and have already recommended it to some of my colleagues at work.

Carlos has now been to our house to work on both of our vehicles. We feel he has been forthcoming and honest about anything we discussed with him about repairs. He has always been on time, or early, and seems to take pride in his work. We would definitely call him again.

All about Spark Plug Replacement

The spark plugs are an important part of the ignition system. When you turn the ignition key (car's key) on, it causes the ignition coil to generate the spark which ignites the air-fuel mixture in the engine cylinders to start the engine. The number of spark plugs in the car is the same as the number of cylinders, although some vehicle manufacturers will use two spark plugs per cylinder. Over time, the spark plugs wear out and require replacement. When the spark plugs wear out, it is harder for it the air-fuel mixture to ignite, resulting in engine misfires. If one of the spark plugs has failed, the car will still start and run, but it will run poorly. On some vehicles, spark plug replacement may be labor intensive and involve removal of the intake plenum.
