Ben was great! I thought my alternator was bad but he found that it was the water pump, which was being replaced as part of the timing belt kit anyway. Ben saved me some money! He explained what he was doing, he was very professional and he's a great guy on top of it all. I'd have Ben work on my cars again without question! I'd give him six stars if I could. Thanks Ben!

Overall I'm satisfied with the service. I think the only issue I had was that Jason mentioned that he didnt have all the parts to do my oil change. He had mentioned that there was some schedule mix up and that he was not even supposed to be there.

I paid for a pre-purchase inspection, and he found faults with the car, such as the a/c not working in all the vents which I didn't even notice myself. I rang him a few times with questions on the vehicle to ask for his advice, and he was so friendly and happy to help! The best mechanic I've ever dealt with!

All about Engine or Transmission Mount Replacement

An engine mount, made of rubber and steel, has two purposes. One, it secures the engine and transmission to the frame of the car, and two, it absorbs the road shocks and engine vibrations so that the driver does not feel any engine movement. Transmission mounts secure the transmission. Most cars have multiple engine and transmission mounts. If one of the mounts breaks, you will feel significant engine movement (vibrations and/or shaking).
