Juan

My primary concern was to gain information about what triggered the check engine light to turn on and determine the next steps. Juan communicated very well what the problem may be and what my car may need. He was very straightforward about limitations, and answered my questions in a direct, non-patronizing way that made me feel very comfortable. In his professionalism I sensed honesty that any layperson like me surely appreciates.

Matthew was very professional and informative. I felt very comfortable in our conversation about my Trucks issue. I was impressed enough with Matthews knowledge and courteous attitude that I had him schedule my truck battery to be taken care of but also scheduled an oil/filter change. I just may have found my new mechanic.

All about Radiator Hose Replacement

Radiator/cooling system hoses are an important part of your car's cooling system, which is designed to keep the engine from overheating. When your car’s engine is running it creates heat. The radiator/cooling system hoses carry coolant through the radiator and back through the engine to keep it operating at an optimal temperature. There are mulitple hoses in a given system. An upper hose connects the top of the radiator to the top of the engine. A lower hose connects the bottom of the radiator to the water pump of the engine, which keeps coolant flowing through the system.
