What is the Headlight Switch all about?

The headlamp switch allows you to turn on the lights. If the switch does not work, you will not be able to turn on the lights. Not only is it unsafe to drive the car without proper lights, but it is also illegal.

When my truck has been sitting for a prolonged time while out in the cold (Michigan winter) and hasn’t been run in a while. On start up the truck starts like normal and right after start up the rpms drop to almost nothing and the truck sounds like it’s going to stall out.
