Jason was very hard working. He did what he believed to be on the best interest of his customer. He was very set on my car hitting the road in the best condition possible. He was very upfront about what he could not fix but referred places that I could go for those particular services. I was very satisfied with the service from Jason. I just may make him my personal mechanic 

Amazing!! As usual, no suprises, always timely and friendly. He is very knowledgeable about vehicles and repairs. He is my no. 1 mechanic. I own a 2008 car so I always need repairs just because it's an older car. But I am proactive, not reactive and don't wait until I'm stuck on the side of the road before setting an appointment.

All about Ball Joint Replacement (Front)

Ball joints are a part of your vehicle's suspension system that connect the steering knuckles to the control arms. A ball joint is essentially a flexible ball and socket that allows the suspension to move and, at the same time, the wheels to steer. Cars and trucks will have multiple ball joint assemblies depending on their type of suspension system. Like any other suspension component, ball joints will eventually wear out and become loose. Excessive play in the joint can affect wheel alignment and tire wear. Loose joints can also cause suspension noise (typically a "clunking" sound when going over a bump). If a ball joint fails, the suspension can collapse, causing a loss of control of the vehicle.
