Showed up on time, very responsive and communicative via text. He stayed with me for multiple test drives until we both thought the car was running well, explained in detail all that was done and even educated me on some things. I plan to use Richard in the future.

Really great service. I had booked for a more expensive service, but when he arrived and checked it out . It turned out that the problem was not what I had thought. Very nice man to work with.

Matt is very professional and looks out for the benefits of the customers. He recommended better struts for my car and it was a better deal for me. He is really for the customers. My backlight hood was a little loose and he fixed that for free. I went to the dealer several times before and they didn't even mention that... My experience with Matt is awesome and it is more like a family doctor who knows your medical history and someone you can make friends, and you can talk to him and tell him what kind of concerns you have about your car. I would definitely come back again and recommend him and YourMechanic to my friends if they have car problems, and I hope YourMechanic would expand their service to Manhattan, KS, so I can call them when I am at school.

All about Ignition Cable (Spark plug wires) Replacement

The ignition cables, also known as “spark plug wires” are part of the ignition system. They transfer the spark from the distributor or ignition coil to spark plugs that ignite the air-fuel mixture, starting the engine. Over time, the cables can get weak and break down. This will make it harder for the spark to reach the engine cylinders, resulting in engine misfires. The car may not start at all. If one of the spark plugs has gone bad, the car will still start and run, but it will run poorly.
