Chris was delivered wrong parts even after my clear description of parts needed while requesting quote. Chris went ahead and made all efforts to fix my car. As of now after repairs I feel my car is better than before. He kept me updated always about anything I need to know. Just awesome. I really appreciate all your efforts. He is really an asset to the YourMechanic community.

Scott was very professional and extremely fast . He was kind enough to fix a minor problem that was not asked if him. I truly appreciate that Scott. Like I told you, "hope to see you soon, but not too soon". Thanks Scott !

Brikk was incredible! This was my first experience with Car Repair where I felt I was being treated by someone who truly cared. He spent a great deal of time determining problems as well as working to eliminate potential issues. My car was not starting before he showed up and it is after he showed up! I cant recommend him enough. A wonderful experience with everything!

Even though he rescheduled for a later appointment time and notified me that he would arrive 20 minutes after the scheduled time, he arrived an hour late. I also didn't receive updates notifying me of his arrival. Nonetheless he was very friendly, helpful (he was even willing to give me a lift back to my apartment), and was able to pin point the problem

All about Ignition Cable (Spark plug wires) Replacement

The ignition cables, also known as “spark plug wires” are part of the ignition system. They transfer the spark from the distributor or ignition coil to spark plugs that ignite the air-fuel mixture, starting the engine. Over time, the cables can get weak and break down. This will make it harder for the spark to reach the engine cylinders, resulting in engine misfires. The car may not start at all. If one of the spark plugs has gone bad, the car will still start and run, but it will run poorly.
