Amazing experience with Patrick. I originally ordered my cars thermostat be replaced through the website, Patrick came out took a look at my car prior to performing any work and found out the root cause was a busted radiator and instead of performing the work I originally requested did the honest thing and told me about it. After that he editing the service as a diagnostic and sent me a quote with a service credit if I wished to have me repair the correct part. Today he came back and fixed my car and now everything is running great. My points in this write up are: 1 - If he did the repair on day one, I would have still experienced the same issue going forward (might have taken some time to see it but it would still be broken) and my car most likely would have been worse off for it with an even higher repair bill. 2 - Patrick is a *very* polite, honest, reputable mechanic and I will 100% recommend him to anyone.
