The initial appointment with Deane was fine, however, the follow-up was less than satisfactory. After his inspection Deane informed me I would be contacted by the office with a quote. After waiting more than 5 hours, I called and left a message requesting a call back. I was called back, given a quote and when requesting an appointment was told I'd be called again after checking Deane's schedule. Two hours later I was informed via message that Peter was assigned the repair appointment for 4/23.. One hour before the appointment, Peter called to reschedule due to a problem with needed parts. An hour later the office called stating there is no problem and Peter could arrive around noon. I'd had enough by then that I canceled the appointment. Deane as an individual was professional, but I would not recommend him because of the lack of professionalism demonstrated by his employer.

Came to fix a leaking clutch master cylinder in my 240sx. He was very timely easy to talk to. Did a great job. Would definitely hope to get Steven again if anything else goes wrong in the future... If it's still left stock lol.
