Mercedes-Benz E350 V6-3.5L - Brake Pads Replacement (Front) - Irving, Texas
This was my first time using this service and was not sure what to expect. I booked Carlos to change my front brake pads and was going to have him change the back brake pads as well since I already purchased the parts. He came out and checked my entire brake system and told me that I still had 80% left on the back brake pads and there was no reason to change it at this time, but the front pads should be changed. Carlos was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He cleaned up after he finished and it didnt look like he was even there after he was done. I will be purchasing a car in December and I will definitely be using Carlos for the pre-inspection. This guy is awesome, definitely recommend him!!!
