Prompt, texted to say he could make it earlier if that was convenient for me, and he was in and out in about 35-40 minutes.

Mark was scheduled to work on 4 items on my care - enough to keep him busy for a few hours. Even though I'm sure he had more jobs to do during the day, he took extra time to secure a fog light that was just hanging down (happened when I ran over a wooden chair in the middle of the highway). The last 2 times I went to a shop for unrelated work, I had asked them to see what they could do about that light. Both times they said they would take a look, and both times, they completely disregarded it. Mark took care of it without even being asked.

Tom was very thorough with his Pre-purchase inspection, he took the time to check every single corner of the vehicle with attention to detail. He was also very honest and seemed trustworthy. I will definitely call him again if I need services in the future.

All about Spark Plug Replacement

The spark plugs are an important part of the ignition system. When you turn the ignition key (car's key) on, it causes the ignition coil to generate the spark which ignites the air-fuel mixture in the engine cylinders to start the engine. The number of spark plugs in the car is the same as the number of cylinders, although some vehicle manufacturers will use two spark plugs per cylinder. Over time, the spark plugs wear out and require replacement. When the spark plugs wear out, it is harder for it the air-fuel mixture to ignite, resulting in engine misfires. If one of the spark plugs has failed, the car will still start and run, but it will run poorly. On some vehicles, spark plug replacement may be labor intensive and involve removal of the intake plenum.
