Absolutely fantastic and professional. I am looking to purchase a vehicle from out of state, so this service was crucial to ensure that I was not chasing a lemon. Godwin called me 1 hour before the inspection to let me know he would be on time. As soon as the inspection was complete, he called me and we discussed the vehicle so that I did not have to wait for the report. That being said, the vehicle report on the internet came in as we were talking on the phone. He did a detailed diagnosis of a car I am looking to purchase, to include his thoughts on getting the vehicle fixed, and what the priorities were. I am very pleased with his service and very pleased with "" .

Tim arrived on time and proceeded to locate the problem with our car (Knocking noise underneath) He found rear sway bars worn and loose nuts on front sway bars that had been previously installed by someone else. He installed the rear sway bars and tightened the loose nuts up front. Test drove the care and the noise had quit. Tim was professional and knew what he was doing, he explained all of the work he had done he found other problems with the vehicle and I have set a time for Tim to come fix those problems. I would recommend him to others needing work done on their cars. Thanks Tim great job.

All about Serpentine/Drive Belt Replacement

The serpentine/drive belt or v-belt is a rubber belt that connects the alternator, power steering, and AC to the part of the engine (crankshaft) which transfers the power from the engine to those components. Without this belt, the battery will not get charged and none of the electrical accessory components in the car will work. The serpentine belt and v-belt are also known as "drive belts." Because of the high amount of heat in the engine, the belt can develop cracks over time and eventually break. If the belt breaks, the steering wheel will be difficult to turn and driving will be hazardous. In some cars, water pumps are driven by the drive belts. If the belt breaks, water and coolant needed to keep the engine cool will not properly flow to the engine. The engine will overheat, potentially causing severe damage.
