Showed up on time (actually, a bit earlier!) and checked out the problem quickly. Unfortunately I was an idiot who thought it was power steering pressure hose (turned out to be pump ... ) and didn't have the right part on hand; so the actual service couldn't be performed. Rating based on fast diagnostics and communication. I would certainly have scheduled him for the actual service if there was a slot available, but didn't want to wait till after Labor Day weekend :)
