Robert

Though Robert's computer analysis wasn't able to recognize the problem, Robert was very quickly able to manually diagnose the long-standing issue and repair it. He accomplished what other qualified mechanics (from another company) should (I believe) have been able to...through simple experienced troubleshooting...and that was narrow the issue down to the replacement of a fuel pump relay! Thanks very much, Robert!!!

All about Engine or Transmission Mount Replacement

An engine mount, made of rubber and steel, has two purposes. One, it secures the engine and transmission to the frame of the car, and two, it absorbs the road shocks and engine vibrations so that the driver does not feel any engine movement. Transmission mounts secure the transmission. Most cars have multiple engine and transmission mounts. If one of the mounts breaks, you will feel significant engine movement (vibrations and/or shaking).
