Stefan was terrific. He really gained my respect as he did not give up on the challenges the repair work presented. He is certainly one of your best. I hope that if the situation presents itself again that he will be the mechanic that shows up at my door. Please know that I have already referred him and your company to at least 5 of my friends and family members! Thank you!

I booked Rocco after reading all the stellar reviews, and I'm happy to report mine will be added to the list! Amazing service!! My front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. I'm typically anxious whenever I need to get car work done, but Rocco proved to be extremely knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, honest and friendly. I handed him my keys and after about an hour or less, the repair was complete. This guy knows what he's doing! I will definitely call him again for future work, and will recommend him to friends and coworkers. You're the best, Rocco. Thank you!

Howard arrived early and did a great job. At the end, he summarized the things he found while doing an inspection and told me how soon I would need to make the necessary repairs, which I appreciated.

All about Brake Pad Replacement

Depending on your car’s brake system, it may use between 4 to 8 brake pads. When you step on the brake pedal, the master cylinder sends fluid under pressure to the brake calipers (which hold the brake pads). The caliper presses the brake pad against the brake rotor, causing friction that slows down the car. During normal usage of the brakes, brake pads wear out and become thinner. If the thickness of brake pads is less than 3mm, it is time to change the pads. Depending on where you drive (city driving tends to wear pads out quicker) brake pads usually last between 30,000 to 35,000 miles. Some vehicles (e.g., BMWs) are equipped with a low-pad-warning system. In these vehicles, you will also need to replace the brake sensors as part of the brake pad service.
