Car jerking and hard to start

I wouldn’t jump the gun and replace O2 sensors yet. When the engine is cold and first starts, the O2 sensors are not used until they warm up. A poorly running engine, and/or exhaust leaks, can cause false O2 codes....

I have replaced the battery and alternator and the charging system light keeps popping on and then the car dies after a day or two

The problems you are describing do seem to lead me back to the charging system circuit. If the vehicle shuts down because of a dead battery (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/battery-replacement), the problem has to be in the charging system as it is designed...

White powder

I am not sure what the white power is but suspect it was from the chemicals used to clean the engine has caused some sort of chemical reaction on the metal parts of engine. I recommend having the engine cleaned...
