I have utilized Peter's expertise on several different occasions on both of my vehicles (a 1997 pickup and a 2012 minivan). Peter is always thorough, professional, and very courteous. Not only that, but he is always early showing up to an appointment which is a bonus in my book! I will continue to utilize his services for as long as I live in the area!

TJ is simply THE BEST. I would highly recommend TJ. He was PROMPT, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and got the job done. When dealing with YourMechanic.com, either write an extensive description of the problem/ work you need done or book on the telephone. There was a slight communication issue on the exact problem ( a turn signal relay), but YM and TJ did rectify the issue promptly and professionally.

All about Ignition Cable (Spark plug wires) Replacement

The ignition cables, also known as “spark plug wires” are part of the ignition system. They transfer the spark from the distributor or ignition coil to spark plugs that ignite the air-fuel mixture, starting the engine. Over time, the cables can get weak and break down. This will make it harder for the spark to reach the engine cylinders, resulting in engine misfires. The car may not start at all. If one of the spark plugs has gone bad, the car will still start and run, but it will run poorly.
