Seemingly a nice guy. Under the circumstances with co policy, the experience was not the best, but not the worst. The company should have the mechanics do more explanation in the front end, it will save more time. The service that I expected could not be done due to the wrong part being ordered. Carlos was informational, overall pleasant about the situation.

William had a slight delay in showing up (out of his control) but he was very professional and willing to be flexible. We had to set up a new time and he promptly showed up at that time and took care of our problem efficiently. He seemed knowledgeable about the problem and took care of the problem within the projected time. We appreciated the convenience and efficiency of using Your Mechanic.

Awesome service. He showed up 10 min before the appointment, and was polite and knowledgeable. He repaired the problem I requested without having to replace any parts. I was thrilled since I had been quoted $1000 for replacement by another shop. He then verified that the noise I was hearing was not from the exhaust manifold (what the other shop had diagnosed) and was in fact from my transfer case. I will definitely use him again.

All about Ignition Cable (Spark plug wires) Replacement

The ignition cables, also known as “spark plug wires” are part of the ignition system. They transfer the spark from the distributor or ignition coil to spark plugs that ignite the air-fuel mixture, starting the engine. Over time, the cables can get weak and break down. This will make it harder for the spark to reach the engine cylinders, resulting in engine misfires. The car may not start at all. If one of the spark plugs has gone bad, the car will still start and run, but it will run poorly.
