Good ...didn't mind my questions ...showed me the location of part of the ignition system I didn't know existed ( somethin coils) ...checked somethings I was concerned about. I hope to have Stefans work on my cars again in order to determine a high recommendation

Great experience. She replaced my windshield wiper fluid reservoir and found the pump was leaking. She was able to secure the part and come back to finish the work later the same day. Very competent and was able to work around a rusted battery tray that could not be removed. She was definitely resourceful.

Mr. Sanchez showed up at the expected time, worked for about a half hour, and discovered he needed another part. He offered two solutions. He would go get the part and finish today or he will get the part and do the job Friday. I opted for today. The vehicle was left clean with all promised work done. I cannot comment on the actual repair because nothing has had time to break, but everything is very much as I expect it. Mr. Sanchez took the extra time to talk with me about future needs for the vehicle, and was forthcoming with answers and suggestions. This was my first experience with an "at home" mechanic, and based on this experience it will not be the last.

Clarissa was great. She arrived early and understood the problem and repaired it expertly. This was replacing the right rear parking brake cable on a Chevy Suburban. I offered to lend a hand, the tire is huge, but she managed everything by herself. I would definitely use Clarissa again.
