Great communication, addressed the problem, explained and identified other problems/possible future problems and solutions. You really feel like he's looking out for you. I've taken my car to Valvoline countless times to get my oil changed and not once did they mention I had a leak or even hint at it when I asked. Overall, the better option.

All about Ignition Cable (Spark plug wires) Replacement

The ignition cables, also known as “spark plug wires” are part of the ignition system. They transfer the spark from the distributor or ignition coil to spark plugs that ignite the air-fuel mixture, starting the engine. Over time, the cables can get weak and break down. This will make it harder for the spark to reach the engine cylinders, resulting in engine misfires. The car may not start at all. If one of the spark plugs has gone bad, the car will still start and run, but it will run poorly.
