1995 Toyota Tacoma 26,250 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

My overall experience was good. Genaro arrived a bit late but I have no complaints with that because he kept me informed about his arrival time and did not make me wait for him or call him to find out his ETA. Break pads on the two front tires were changed in a reasonable time and he answered all my questions (generic and specific to the break pad job). He came with all the parts and tools and knew what to do. I have no complaints with this repair and therefore I think it deserves a 5-star.

Arsenio showed up a few minutes early and let me know when he was there. He then inspected the requested repairs and let me know his plan of action. The repair took just about the estimated time and he let me know of any issues he found. He also gave me a little information on maintaining my vehicle. Overall a good and knowledgeable experience.

Jermaine installed the new starter as requested which turned out not to be the problem. He spent the time to quickly diagnose and fix the problem and got me back on the road. Would definitely hire Jermaine to do more work on my vehicle.
