He replaced my battery very quickly, saved me from towing my Prius. Only have one shot to jump start a Prius. I jumped mine didn't realize it had started and pushed start again!! That was it! required a new battery after my error. Car didn't have time to reprogram and therefore thought itself on and would not jump again.
