Keith was early for our appointment and that was good. He was very polite, friendly and told me what he needed to do. He got right to work on the replacement part and finished in a timely manner. I also told him about a small rattle I was hearing in the dashboard, behind the A/C and heat control dials. He listened to it and told me what he thought it was and how it could be fixed. It made me feel better knowing that it was nothing major to worry about. I was very satisfied with this service call and didn't get to thank him.

John did good work. Following YourMechanic policy, he charged me to replace a stud after the rotor was already being replaced. Over $100 for a very simple job. No offense to John, but I’ll never use YourMechanic again. This kind of thing is why people are looking for alternatives to Dealers mechanics.
