2001 Toyota Highlander 25,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Ben called ahead of the appointment window to introduce himself and confirm his arrival time. The appointment was to Change oil and filter. Ben also ran a diagnostic and charged the battery when we discovered it dead upon his arrival. Ben took pictures of the individual steps of the oil change including the removal/replacement of the old filter. Great to have photo verification that the work was performed as promised. Ben also left the site clean. Great Job!

I requested Matthew to work on another of my vehicles because of the great experience I had the first time. This second appointment did not disappoint. Matthew is personable and highly qualified. When he completed the transmission fluid change on my Toyota he had noticed that several bolts were missing to secure the skid plate to the bottom of the car so he made me aware of it and fixed it at least good enough to drive without the plate being at risk falling off. I appreciated the extra care he took to make sure my car was safe. I will request him again for future work.

Dellano was great. He showed up early and he finished before the original time slot. I would highly recommend.
