This was my first experience booking a mobile mechanic and I was a little dubious, but Chris was excellent in all phases of his performance. He arrived on time (actually a little early), did the analysis and identified the problem. He also went through my options, including ways for me to save some money by buying the parts from a Toyota dealer so I could get authentic Toyota parts. We agreed that I would do that and he would return when I called him to install the parts.

My 4Runner was a little past due its 60k service. I dread getting my car serviced because I don't trust dealerships. I know my way around cars so my experience with dealerships has been terrible.
