James was on time... a few minutes early actually, which was great!! Professional, courteous and helpful.

Kevin was great! Timely, very informative and helpful without being pushy whatsoever, personable, overall a very kind person. After he finished the car inspection, I recieved a couple quotes of work that need to be done (as I was expecting) and I'd love to have him be the one to do it - first since he seems to understand my vehicle, but more importantly because he has a good, and honest presence/demeanor about him.
