2002 Saturn SL2 33,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Dan was extremely kind and professional! He did his best to find the problem-Unfortunately, I felt just as in the dark after my inspection as before. He was unable to give me a for sure cause regardless of the diagnostic test which left me feeling as if I threw my money down the drain. If I had known that I wasn’t going to get a for sure answer to my problem with using a Mobil service I would have just saved myself the time and money. Again, Dan was great, the quality of service wasn’t the best seeing as I’m on my way to tow my car to the nearest mechanic to get an actual diagnosis and repair. I can’t say I would refer anyone as I myself paid to have an uncertain diagnosis that if I had just towed my car to a shop I wouldn’t be paying twice as much just to find out what’s wrong.

Chris was able to find the problem within 5 mins. I previously went to Pepboys and I was there for 4 hours. They were not able to find the problem. Chris was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to speak with.

Jermaine texted me to let me know that he was on his way. He was courteous and he arrived on time. Jermaine took the time to explain the problem I was having with my car and let me know that he would send a detailed report. I was more than happy with his service.
