Not only was been on time and EXTREMELY courteous and professional, but he noticed that the last place that worked on my truck didn't tighten the caliper bolts down and that the calipers were shaking around and causing the grinding in my brakes. He could have gone through with the full service and lied about it but he was 100% HONEST - a rare thing in today's world. Instead of leaving to find if someone "might" have the part - he had a couple of bolts that fit perfectly from his own supply! Ben saved me over $100 and had me back on the road in no time. Oh and I should mention that it was raining off and on - and Ben never missed a beat. I'll be using Ben as my regular mechanic from now on! And for all of y'all in Cypress... Ben's an avid deer & hog hunter! A big plus in my book!

Great experience for my first time using Wrench/Your Mechanic. I needed a fuel and engine filter service, but wasn't too far from my next oil change, so I decided to knock out all three with this visit. The mechanic (Chris) was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He quickly completed the tasks at hand, took some photos of the work, and was on his way. I will definitely consider using this company again next time I need my truck serviced. The price was very reasonable, the mechanic was respectful and prompt, and it was so convenient.

My first truck ever so I don't know alot, but he didn't make me feel like an idiot. Was very confident with his knowledge/experience and really seems like he knows what he's talking about. No lame fake customer service attitude, talks like a regular working man, I respect it. Worked fast and didn't try to get me to spend more than I had to.
