I wish I would have known about YourMechanic sooner! Dan called me several hours before my appointment to see if he could come earlier. I said yes, and then I ended up being the one that was late. He was very professional and friendly! The cost of this repair was about half of what I was quoted at a repair shop. I could not be happier with this service, and I have already recommended YourMechanic (and Dan, specifically) to several of my friends! This appointment started off a bit rough since it was a rescheduled appointment after the last mechanic never showed up for my initial call. David worked around the poor weather and made sure to keep me aware of what was going on before getting here. Richard is a top drawer mechanic.......He diagnosed the problem and made the repair within 20 minutes,,,,I spent 15 years in the automobile business from finance to new and used car manager,,,,,,I know quality mechanics........and above all I know what and honest mechanic is.,..........His name is Richard Troncoso......He had no idea I was in the car business until he completed the job......
