I have never meet a mechanic more honest, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy than Lucas, in my whole life. Perhaps because I am a woman, mechanics in general don't think I have any knowledge about cars and try to over charge me or do repairs I do not need. They are wrong, because I shop around, I research the symptoms, I buy my own parts, and try not to be a victim as much as possible. When two mechanics told me that I need a new alternator, the symptoms did not match and I had my doubts. When Lucas gave me a diagnosis turned out that it was just a loose battery connection and a dirty rag that the last mechanic that worked on my car "forgot" behind my alternator and was choking it up. Wow! He figured it out because he was not trying to cheat me and because he is extremely observant and meticulous and has great knowledge about cars. If that is not enough, I was preparing to make some other repairs that has been diagnosed by other mechanics and turned out they were all wrong. He pinpointed the real problem and advice me on how to take care of it on my budget. I love this man. I would never allow anyone else to touch my car, even if I have to wait for an appointment. He is definitely worth the wait and I am happy to recommend him, especially to those ladies that are tired of being taken advantage off. He adds great value to the team working at "YourMechanic". Lucas is a keeper! Treat him right! :)

Theodore replaced my Front Brake Pads/Rotors and Coolant Thermostat. He was inquisitive about why the Thermostat needed to be replaced and what steps I had previously taken to arrive at this conclusion. I appreciated this level of attention, he was there to diagnose/fix my car and help me save myself from unnecessary repairs, rather than only do what the invoice/quote said. Turnaround was quick and service was polite. At the end of my service the Front Suspension was still making some noises, he offered to take a quick look again but didn't quite find the problem. He suggested making a second appointment with YourMechanic to look into the issue further. A few hours after he left I found that one of the heat-shields on the front brakes was rubbing on the rotor, something that he had checked. Nevertheless, I bent it back with a screw driver and the noise was gone. Despite this slight oversight, I would recommend Theodore for excellent/fast/punctual work.

Very impressed with the quality of work. Ned was on time and on budget. There were no surprise extra costs. Ned even helped me out with my other car, even though I didn't have an appointment for the other car. He took care of all of my car problems and he even found me a coupon for an oil change.
