Power Steering had unexpectedly went out. Paid for the Inspection to determine what exactly I would need to buy to fix my problem. I wanted to provide my own parts. Alex was sent out to diagnose the problem and he determined it was my rack and pinion. However.........instead of having to purchase a new (very expensive) rack and pinion assembly, Alex was able to repair my existing one and I was only charged the initial inspection fee. Dominic exceeded my expectations. It's obvious he cares about doing the best job he can for his customers and actually investigates and troubleshoots the problems with the vehicle instead of simply replacing parts, as most mechanics do. He was able to run diagnostics and pull a code out of my vehicle's memory that the dealership either couldn't, or was to lazy to attempt. This enabled him to narrow down the exact cause of the issues and initiate a direct fix, instead of going with a guess.
