Peter was fantastic. He was on time (early actually), left my garage clean and fixed my truck (timing belt/water pump replacement). He took time to explain what was happening with my truck and answered any questions I had. Great job! I would recommend Peter, and already have, to my family and friends.
I rated recommending YourMechanic.com at an 8 because when you call their toll free number for customer service, you will probably be on hold for 20-30 minutes. Once you finally get through, the agents are friendly and courteous. But something needs to be done about the wait time.
Daniel quickly assessed my problem; it was my battery. Seeing that I had purchased a new battery from my Nissan dealership in 2018, I thought the battery would last at least 3 years so I didn't think that was my problem. Daniel pointed out the date of the battery to me , 7/16, which was the cause of my problem. He jumped the battery and recommended AutoZone because they will install the new battery which is what I did. Let me say this, Daniels made my experience with your company a pleasant one; so I will be sending more customers (most likely ladies) your way from my referrals. I must admit I was upset with myself because I have AAA and did not call them because I thought it was the starter only because of the month and year I purchased my battery from Nissan, 8/2018. I will address this issue with my dealership and sure I will be using you in the future. Thanks so very much!
