Kenneth is a TOP NOTCH mechanic! He came out to do warranty repair on a water pump. He has to work in low-light conditions and never complained. He replaced the part promptly and got me back and running in no time. Kenneth is an honest, intelligent, articulate, and very capable mechanic.

Thoughtful, clear thinking, kind man. He worked very hard to install a new power steering hose in my 2012 Altima, which is a tough job. (that's why I had someone else do it for me) Berekteabs was on time and clearly knew what he was going. My only "complaint" is that the power steering fluid formed an enormous lake on my driveway and it was also all over the work area. I would have appreciated his laying down a tarp first. Fortunately, I'm planning to power wash my driveway soon, so no real harm done. I would have Bereketeab at my home again.
