I like the guy. He seems sincere, but being about 90-minutes late to repair my car doesn't help any. Maybe it wasn't his fault; maybe your company over extending him with extra work that he couldn't handle within your time frame. Whatever the reason.... it has cost me money in lost time that I had no control over. So who loses, me or you ??? Have you ever heard of the The Law of 500? It works. Very important to a business that deals directly with the public !! Thank you for the discount, but it pales in comparison to what I lost in that 2-3 hour time frame.
