I cannot begin to thank Mr. Breck enough for his HONESTY. He is an awesome Mechanic. In my 63 years of life I can truly say meeting with him has been one of my most enjoyable experience in dealing with a Mechanic. I would like to emphasize the word INTEGRITY to describe Mr. Breck. I made an appointment with Your Mechanic to have an alternator and tension belts changed (that a previous mechanic told me I needed). Mr. Beck arrived on-time with a smile🤗 analyzed my SUV, and in simple layman's terms explain the problem ...my what, why, when, how, questions were all answered. He arrived a few minutes ahead of the 30 minute window, was very relaxed and knowledgeable. He completed the work quickly and utilized the phone rep to clarify what warrantee would be included. This was my first time using "My Mechanic", and I was lery... with visions of high pressure sales tactics mid-project, for starters. My first experience was Awesome. Travis clearly knew his stuff and I'm pleased with the work he did.
