Excellent service. Not only is he VERY knowledgeable about cars, he took the time to explain to me in depth why I was encountering my original issue - I always feel that some mechanics come and do the work and leave. While that's great especially if they did a great job, I'd like to feel more connected to any issues my car encounters. Kenneth did just that and more. I'd like to have him look at my car again. His customer services skills are excellent. Probably the best mechanic I've encountered since I've lived out in Southern California. A+ service.

I like the guy. He seems sincere, but being about 90-minutes late to repair my car doesn't help any. Maybe it wasn't his fault; maybe your company over extending him with extra work that he couldn't handle within your time frame. Whatever the reason.... it has cost me money in lost time that I had no control over. So who loses, me or you ??? Have you ever heard of the The Law of 500? It works. For every negative experience, 500 people will soon know about it. The same holds true for every positive experience....500 people will soon know of it. Very important to a business that deals directly with the public !! Thank you for the discount, but it pales in comparison to what I lost in that 2-3 hour time frame.
