Jonathan was awesome as usual. I’ve had him work on my 2008 Mercedes several times (different issues) and have always been completely satisfied. I plan on finishing many more projects with his help.

He took the time to listen to my concerns and questions, even when I kept asking questions repeatedly until I fully understood the process, never once did he get annoyed, he responded with patience and welcomed follow up questions until I had 100% understanding.
