The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about imported vehicles. He was able to identify why the Mercedes Benz vehicle would not crank and repaired the problem. He was respectful and responsible regarding Covid-19 without ever mentioning it. Communicated with me throughout the scheduling and repair process until the vehicle was cranked.
