I was nervous about using a service like this, but Alex was awesome! He called when he was close and let me know he was making a stop for 10-15 minutes (later found out it was to grab something to eat/drink). Even so, he still arrived on-time, actually just before the scheduled start time. Did a great job understanding the issue and explaining what the symptoms I was seeing was. Replaced my alternator and drive belt quickly and spent time explaining what he saw on the inspection - which thankfully wasn't much, just some new brake pads which I knew was coming pretty soon. As for the service, quick and easy scheduling and saved a ton over the typical shop. Alex was great and will be using him again for our auto needs. Thanks Alex!

Appreciate the extra time Andy took to make sure he could fully stand behind the services he recommend. He took the time to explain the problem and also I appreciate the pictures he took and the voice notes he left for good documentation. I appreciate how he had to pick his child up at 3:30 pm and ended up staying even later to make sure the evaluation was completed on the car. Highly recommended.
