Nicholas was amazing! He arrived on time, was professional and a great communicator. He took the time to explain everything he was fixing and why. Instead of waiting for hours at a dealership, I brought the professional to my garage instead. Rodney was on time and exceptional. He tore my car apart and put it all back together while I sat inside in my recliner watching a baseball game. He fixed or replaced everything I had asked for at the price they had quoted me before I had finalized the appointment. There were no surprises or cost changes. He found things that would need attention in the future, pointed them out, explained each problem, and provided me the cost for each possible future repair. He didn't leave any mess behind and was very personable.

First time using Your Mechanic and it was a great experience. Carlos communicated with me via text before showing up for our appointment. He was on time and very professional when he introduced himself and took care of everything needed on the car service. Carlos identified a couple of potential problems. Those problems primarily related to the power steering pump which I had replaced about six months ago by another mechanic and are still covered by the warranty.
